Request GP transfer of care
Free, for existing ADHD Point patients whose ADHD medication and dose are stable. When you and your psychiatrist agree you are ready, we write to your GP with your assessment, treatment summary and current prescription, so your GP can take over prescribing your medication.
Your psychiatrist must have confirmed at your last follow-up appointment that you are ready for GP transfer. If they have not, please book a follow-up appointment to discuss it.
